Christopher Scanlon created Aurae Lifestyle because he wanted a membership program that celebrates individuality, legacy and personal success while also meeting the financial needs of its members. After two years of product development, patents and numerous financial services approvals, Chris and his team created the Aurae Lifestyle Program. The world’s first bespoke lifestyle management and card membership program.
Prior to starting Aurae Lifestyle, Mr. Scanlon headed up Card Limited Corporation (CLC), a leading issuer of prepaid debit cards and innovative credit card solutions. Prior to CLC, he founded PMA Media Group, Inc an interactive marketing agency. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Scanlon has built and sold four other businesses in product distribution and fulfillment and interactive marketing. Mr. Scanlon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Utah Valley University and is a member of the Utah Jazz Advisory Board.
Chris has been Nvayo Managing Director since March 2016. During that time, he led the acquisition of Nvayo from the GVC Group by Aurae Lifestyle and the PMA Media Group. Chris restructured and closed loss-making products in the Nvayo portfolio and integrated Nvayo’s service offering in to the new parent organisation. Within the enlarged Group, Chris leads financial services, operational and service functions. Chris has over 12 years’ experience in the financial services and payments industry, including time at foreign exchange specialist Travelex, programme manager Access Prepaid Worldwide and Mastercard. Chris progressed through various senior leadership positions, including Operations, Product Development, Customer Delivery and Vendor Management. Chris holds a post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration from University College Northampton.
Lori Kirkham brings years of legal and financial experience to the Nvayo team. She has experience with both Visa and MasterCard in the prepaid debit card space, including bank contracts, program management contracts, and program processing contracts. Experience in compliance with BSA, MSB, AML, privacy, and OFAC. Her specialties include software licensing, intellectual property contracts for private business and US/international government procurement, and contract drafting and negotiation. Ms. Kirkham holds a JD, Law degree from Brigham Young University.
